BJJ – Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art, sport, and self-defense system. It’s one of the most popular, fastest growing activities today. Jiu-Jitsu emphasizes grappling techniques, using joint locks and submission holds to subdue a challenger. Because it’s based on skill and strategy, not raw strength, jiu-jitsu works for people of all sizes. BJJ is for everyone!
Triumph Training Center offers free trial lessons, and welcomes new and advanced grapplers alike. We have classes for adults, including a women’s class, and kids too (5+ years old).
